Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES

The warehouse processing times is different for each item in your order. Most in-stock orders are shipped within 3-10 business days (M-F) following order placement unless otherwise noted on the website. Items not in stock are shipped within 3-5 weeks.

Orders received after 2 pm PST will begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will begin processing on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays.

Items requiring manufacturing will take longer, depending upon the item. We do not ship on weekends or on these US holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Orders shipped via USPS will not ship on holidays observed by the US Postal Service, such as President’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, etc.

After checkout once the order is confirmed we will send you a notification via email as soon as the item is shipped with tracking.

Most products are IN-STOCK while special & new items are pre-order. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for production delays, out of stock items or delivery errors or delays. 

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping times can vary by destination.  Please keep in mind that orders can take longer due to delays in customs. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer tracking information for orders outside of the U.S.  Orders being deliver to a military base may experience delays due to inbound and outbound processing. Customers are responsible for customs, taxes, and duties.

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website.

All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

 

Important note on limited releases, pre-orders and sales:

Some products on the website are of a limited quantity or release (“limited release”). In the event you wish to order a product that is a limited release, you agree that once your order is placed you cannot make any changes to size, address, or any other information. Other items are pre-order, which means they will ship within a specified time frame after the order is placed. All jewelry, limited release and pre-order items are final sales; there will be no returns, exchanges or cancellations for these items.
